Being nice goes a long way. How about having your kids make a card? It can be for a friend, a teacher, a doorman, a crossing guard, a grandparent, or an elderly next-door neighbor. All you need is a few of these things:
paper
paste
tape
ribbon
crayons
newspaper
magic markers
stickers
pom poms
glitter
doilies
hearts
wrapping paper
magazines
scissors
glue
It is a wonderful way to tell someone you care, even if you are a grown up! The ducky card above was one my husband made for me! Send a card to your own family or friends or your boss or an old friend or even a new friend, I guarantee they'll be touched!
Or make cookies and bring them to your doctor or dentist.
We need to show the love and feel the love-it's easy!
Made by my daughter when she was 6. She has reminded me she was only allowed to make cards out of doilies, magic markers, colored pencils, paper, glue and ribbon. Hopefully, she continues the tradition with her almost 2 year old son. :)
